    A game room with ping pong, foosball, and a small arcade, cozy furniture, Smart TVs, fast WIFI, upscale amenities and laundry make this a nice spot to have lots of fun or spend time unwinding. Have family game night, tailgate before a game, or sip a coffee on the front porch!
    Each floor has a bathroom, with a long vanity and makeup mirror in the upstairs bathroom for getting ready. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have smart TVs, and the queen beds are extremely comfortable.

Great Host!

This is a really cute little house. If you are renting to have a great place to sleep, this is your place! The bedrooms are comfy and the host is WONDERFUL. If you're looking to hang out, the common rooms are a little tight and the stairs are steep. We had a great time here.

This 5 bedroom house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate a graduation at MacAlester. The game room in the basement was an extra plus! The location was convenient and walking distance to coffee and breakfast at local cafe. Rachael was quick to respond when we had a question.

Very good house if you need a lot of beds. Everything was clean, and check-in/etc was smooth. There's not a ton in the immediate neighborhood, but it's very close to the soccer stadium, and easy access to the train.

Location exactly as described....lots of room!

The location was great....seemed to be 15 mins from everything. The airport, Target field and US Bank Stadium. What I didn't know is how close it was to the soccer arena. The area is at times active but no issues were had. Lots of room...we had 5 adults and all fit comfortably.

Great location close to Allianz Field. Quaint old home with nice updates. Game room is in basement. Showers had nice stream. Did not have some kitchen essentials like tongs or Pam. Great place to stay. Very clean. Need can for recyclables. Big remote in living room probably needs batteries. Bigger fry pan for kitchen. Needs a liquid measuring cup. Very quiet neighborhood. If there is a game, difficult to find place to park. Would stay there again. Owner very easy to contact.

Lots of space and convenient location

Rachael is an excellent host and her house is well-equipped with lots of room. The first floor and upstairs were very clean too. The 'game room' is actually the basement, which isn't finished, so kind of damp, and is accessed by some precarious stairs. The furnace is down there too, so not necessarily a place you would have your kids in unsupervised. The air conditioner on the first floor is in the kitchen window and it does a great job cooling the first floor if all the doors are open. If you shut the bedroom doors at night, though, they can get hot. Those are the only caveats though. This is a very nice place to stay in a convenient location.

Misleading

The property was clean & communication was fine, but this is retro fitted home. "Game Room" is in a musty & moldy basement with a toilet in middle of the open room. En suite shower opening only about 12 inches. No central air and window units way too small to cool a house in heat & humidity of SP in summer. The front porch and exterior paint are peeling. The back porch is missing pieces of skirting and the rotting wood is supported in spots by crumbling concrete. We had no expectations of luxury but this was very disappointing.
