The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded...
"I stayed for two nights but wish it was longer. The place is wonderfully located (literally on the beach), has a nice pool, breakfast is more than enough. But particulary, the staff makes the difference, especially Selçuk bey. He anawered all my questions patiently, and was so helpful with everything. "There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found.
