"Nice hotel with excellent very helpful staff"

"Loved our time in Akyarlar, a relaxing and beautiful town, and the family owned hotel is right on the water. Great food, sun beds (with plenty of shade options), and a very friendly staff dedicated to making your holiday enjoyable. We like being in the Bodrum area, but away from the crowds, so this was a perfect spot for us. "Our stay was pleasant, the hotel staff were very helpful and considerate. They changed our room because the one they initially gave us had no internet connection. The breakfasts and dinners that were included were very tasty and the portions were appropriate. They have a private beach with sun loungers 4 minutes walk from the hotel where the private parking is."

"The staff is great; polite, kind and helpful. The common area is very nice with pleasant music. The room turned out to be much smaller than portrayed in the photos, with only the bed to sit on. It had only one small window towards the room corridor, we kept that closed since whoever passes can see inside. The washroom needs maintenance as the toilet looses water and so does the shower glass so when one showers the water goes everywhere in the washroom. Found it to be overpriced for what it is....

"Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

Also I want to mention that staff are very friendly and helpful!! I had an issue with my payment on check out and Hakan kindly assist me with my problem!!it was very stressful morning for me but he made sure that everything goes well!! "We have just come back from a stay at this property and it was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful, serene with lovely staff. The property is beautiful and the rooms are exactly as pictured with air conditioning. The cleaning is the best I’ve experienced - towels are changed daily and everything is pristine. The breakfast is very traditional which we loved, and had the option of lunch and drinks. We would come back over and over again to this hotel rather than the ones in city to avoid crowds and noise....
