Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The full board option provided 3 meals a day with some non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as part of the package. The gym is probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides, location just outside Gumbet isn’t great if you are looking for something more exclusive. Food and drink outside the buffet is very expensive and for us was prohibitive, 2 small local beers by the pool were £22. Also even though the spa is lovely the cost of treatments are again too expensive. If you enjoy hotel life then think it’s great, if you like a bit of variety then Bodrum city is a short taxi way with lots of restaurant choices.

I had a truly wonderful seven-night stay at Palazzo Resort and Residences Le Chic Bodrum in a superior sea view room with a balcony. The view was stunning and added so much to the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived—special thanks to Serhat, who went above and beyond with his hospitality. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delicious and varied selection that kept things fresh and enjoyable throughout the week. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

The hotel resort was very well maintained and clean. My wife and I got a suite with a sea view, but the view was fairly obstructed by other buildings in front of us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selection, although it does get fairly busy at times. The guest relations manager (Serhat) was great and helped organize a breakfast in our room as we were on our honeymoon.

Enjoyed our stay here and definitely loved the location as it was accessible to Bodrum city center. The taxi is easy to get and is only 10 mins away. Loved the beach area and the water. Loved the king sea view room which had a balcony. What could be better is that the room was clean but weren’t in some spots. Also the lobby wasn’t all that attractive and the rooftop tho looks amazing in pics was always empty and no one was serving there. Didn’t eat at the restaurant either. Breakfast was average and could be better.

Beachside was fantastic. Lovely position/restaurants etc. the rooms and the rest of the hotel was arranged oddly but still enjoyable. Two people I need to highlight who were excellent - Serhat who is the customer relations exec and Ismael who is the beach manager. Both were amazing! The restaurant staff were rude and were not trained to an acceptable standard sadly.

Room was very clean. We were the only couple in the entire Terrace restaurant and the waitress was on her phone for most of the time. The food quality was horrible (salty, burned, unsavory, etc.); thus, we skipped breakfast completely! The pool is extremely small and not deep (1.5m). You need to take a golf cart type shuttle to get to their beach. The beach is fine; however, it may feel small and crowded in high season. A staff member tried to charge extra candy bar we didn’t eat and got an attitude with me when I reminded him that he should know there is only one of that type. We wouldn’t stay in any Kaya hotels in the future for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kaya Palazzo for my first ever visit to Türkiye and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is unparalleled. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, gleamed with meticulous attention to detail, making the environment not only inviting but also incredibly comfortable. The gym was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Their beach area and accommodations are probably the best in the area. The views from the main dining restaurant during breakfast was a highlight every morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism were consistently impressive. Every request was met with a smile and promptness, making me feel valued and well taken care of.
