"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the...

"Location and the hotel is beautiful but needs major renovations in rooms. Food is pretty good and service is excellent. They overworked their employees, not enough staff at location. Property is beautiful with beach is amazing. They just need ASAP renovations in rooms. Rooms conditions are pretty bad, it’s not 5 star or even 4 stars. Room conditions are motel style. Since the beach was amazing and we were at the beach all day. It was worth it for me and hubby."

"Jasmin Beach Resort was a wonderful hotel to rest and rejuvenate at! The food varies day from day which was nice. Close to town that you could either walk (but that hill can be a lot!) or catch a shuttle too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They treated us very well and, when needing to confirm the booking, they even got us a better room. Truly a great experience and would easily go again! "

"First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!!...

"Breakfast & lunch & dinner were ok. room was not properly cleaned snd i got upset on reservation team. our booking was for 3 ppl but unexpectedly upon arrival one of my friends was sent back (deported) so we reached hotel just two. hotel did not accept amnendmemt and we were forced to pay for third person extra bed and even all incl. meals... i believe it should be a way more flexible"

"We had a great stay for four nights, the reception staff are very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is largely very clean. Whilst we were very happy with the quality of the hotel and our room we did have one criticism relating to the food. Whilst generally the food was very good, it lacks sufficient hot food for non meat eaters. Fish and other vegetarian main dishes should be made available. "
