Special thanks to Osman at reception who was very helpful and friendly (as were most of the staff). Good value considering the price, but some sunloungers were in desperate need of repair and very few lights were working outdoors at night ( quite dangerous in places). Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. Food generally good, but a little more variety would be better. Nice concept having both a chillout pool and a fun/ play pool. Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Good value, but please drop the 5 Star rating claim. It's an average 4 at best in my opinion.

Very mixed feelings after that stay. House keeping forgot to clean room three times, and forgot some things some other times. The place is a bit worn down, gym is extremely small, shop is more like a sales place just for a few things, noise travels through walls too easily, some food is not refilled and food decreased last week of the two weeks. On the other hand the location is great with a few hundred meters to beach and city life, pool area is ok and the young boy staff (plus one girl) are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in shambles, don’t go by the photos on site. Furniture in the room looks run down, the balcony was not cleaned, the bathroom had yellow stains on the toilet seat, water from shower flows in the entire bathroom

We had a good time there.The staff was very helpful and friendly.As it’s quite hot these days the Air conditioner of our room didn’t work properly and also the cleanliness could have been improved. The room condition specially bathrooms could be improved significantly.

Poor room service

While our stay on second day our room didn’t get cleaned , on our request they cleaned our room but didn’t provide us towels , when inquired we got to know hotel was short of towels and there was no room service manager available to talk to . Reception guy was rude and was saying it’s not his fault his job is just to take care of reception. At 730 pm they finally gave towels

Super beliggenhed, men der stopper det positive. Gamle og slidte solstole, virkelig (som i virkelig) ringe mad, ikke det mest positive personale, sløj rengøring - afslutningsvis oplevede vi, at en af housekeepernes stod og rodede i vores ting da vi tilfældigvis skulle hente nogle ting på værelset i løbet af da dagen.
