Loved the Poyz Hotel! the staff were excellent, the breakfasts were traditional Turkish and had eggs, and the owner has a world-class gym that he includes for guests that stay. If you're traveling awhile, the gym, with sauna and steam room were what the doc ordered. I can't rate the service any higher. This was the best price performer of our several month journey.

My husband and I had the most incredible experience at Poyz. We had one of the rooftop suites and I recommend it highly for the view! Rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast on the terrace was also great. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, large, warm with additional outside space. Breakfast was plentiful (traditional Turkish) and not a buffet. We would stay there again for our next short break.

When I arrived to this hotel, the staff member wrote me a message that was translated on his phone to Turkish saying that my room was not available because of an issue with one of their personnel… He told me that he would set us up in a sea view room in a neighbouring hotel. I went along as I didn’t know about the other hotel, communication was difficult and I felt that I basically had no choice! Although the other hotel did have a sea view, the rooms were not renovated, AC was very loud and night clubs on the beach were also very loud all night. My son was not happy to be in that room. If there really was a genuine problem with my booking, the hotel should have written and given me the option to cancel in advance so I can choose another hotel of my liking. I really did not appreciate how this situation was handled.

Bodrum sunrise

Very nice place to stay and experience it. We’ve stayed here just for one night, so we didn’t try pool and breakfast, but the bed was soft, the bathroom was clean and fresh, the personal was open and polite. The views are also charming in the morning.

It was my second time staying at the Poyz Hotel and I had returned as it was so good first time around an it didn.t disappoint. The rooms are cosy and clean. Service and staff were great! Room was clean and hotel was centrally located for great walkability. Our only complaint was that the hotel was noisy at night with its design. You hear doors closing, toilets flushing, and every footstep from your neighbors.

Going that little extra mile for their guests

Not only was the full breakfast the best hotel breakfast my GF and I ever had, but the owner, Yigit, even took us to Ephesus by car when we told him we were interested in seeing it (roughly three hours each way). We were also surprised to learn that our taxi from Poyz to the airport was free - a very welcome surprise. The hospitality and service during our stay here was unmatched. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were superb. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again!

I initially had some issues with WiFi connection and the noise around the room, however, after submitting my experiences through Expedia, the property manager attended to my concerns very promptly - he offered me an extra night stay at no cost and provided me with a chocolate cake for the trouble. I didn't end up staying another night and got a late check-out instead, but I really appreciated their attention to my initial complaints. Really amazing service.
