This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!

Stay away from this hotel

I paid 195 euros for a two-night stay at the hotel with my spouse. Our check-in date was July 15. However, the hotel disturbed me late at night on July 14, calling twice between 22:00 and 23:00, asking what time I would arrive. When we checked in, the air conditioner was not working. We had to sleep in a room without air conditioning, drenched in sweat on the first night. The hygiene conditions were terrible. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no hospitality. The breakfast was far from appetizing — the food was unappealing and even ruined our appetite. The kitchen area was full of flies, which was very unhygienic. On the morning of July 17, the day of our check-out, there was a water outage in the hotel. The water tank was clearly insufficient for a hotel of this size. I could not wash my face or take a shower before leaving. I am a Norwegian citizen and have stayed in hotels in many cities around the world — this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

1eylul giriş yaptık oda temizleniyor dediler bekledik girdiğimizde oda hiç temiz değildi banyo kum içinde odada aynı şekilde edi. 3eylul saat 12.00 civarinda oda temizliği çarşafla havlular değişmesini özellikle istedik resepsiyonda 17.00 kadar yapılacağını söylediler odaya bi geliyoruz havlular yok oda temizlenmemis çarşaflar değişmemiş bu ne rezillik. resepsiyona söyledik not aldı ve yarın temizlenecek cevabini verdi 4 eylul saat 8.00 da odadan çıktık ve 13.00 da odaya geliyoruz duş almak için ve hala havlu yok Yani arkadaşlar otele geliyoruz dinlenmek ve hizmet görmek için kendi havlumuz olmazsa rezildik Devamını çıkarken ekleyeceğim Yemekleri çok kötü

Biz ailecek kaldık otelde, konumu çok merkezi bodrum kalesine marinaya vs araciniz da varsa 15 dk falan ancak park yeri cok buyuk bir sorun malesef aracı park edecek yer sadece otelin onundeki cadde ama orda da her zaman bos yer olmuyor mecburen ara sokaklara park ettik biz ama sokaklar aşırı dar oldugu icin bu da cok zorladı malesef. Yemekleri ortalamaydı bu fiyata iyi yani fiyat performans olarak baktığınızda , havuz da temizdi , otelin anlaşmalı olduğu bir plaj da varmis ucretsiz görebileceğiniz ancak tesetturluler ve cocuklar alınıyormuş o yuzden biz giremedik hem cocuk vardi hem de testtürluyduk. Ama zaten otel denize de yakindi bodrum halk plajina gittik biz ama orasi da cok taşlıydi. Personel guler yuzlu ve yardimciydi ,otel odalarinin temizligi iyi degildi malesef ,carsaflar falan cok ozensiz yerlestirilmisti, ama genel olarak değerlendirmemiz gerekirse bu fiyata iyiydik diyebilirim.

Müdür bey sağolsun çok yardımsever bir insan, Bodeumda bulamadığımız ilacımızı kendi arayıp bildiği eczaneden ayırttırdı. Hizmet iyi ve personel güleryüzlü, seviyeli ve çok iyi niyetli çalışıyorlar. Klimalar harika çalışıyor odamızda çok rahat ettik.

Det var riktigt nice hotell, skulle säga detta är en budget hotell. Dock så var de dåliga med och ge information för och få städning i rummet måste du säga till och detta nämnde de inte till och samtidigt kan de vara lite tröga med servic. En annan vijtigt grej de sätter på HÖG musik kl 11 medans folk kanske sover, så det blir som en väckarklocka för alla som sover i det hotellet.

The staff were rude, they were not wearing masks nor were they enforcing guests to in public spaces, there was a cockroach on my bed, the bar is so incredibly loud and it blasts until midnight on many days, so it was impossible to rest until very late. Staff were not only rude, but threatening and came to my door to ask why I left a poor check-in review.
