"Room was excellent. The only issue was that we didn’t receive a message with our lockbox combination to get in the room. We went to the cafe down the road and they were able to get it for us. So no harm done, but if the cafe was closed we might have been in trouble. I’m sure this is a one of though, so please don’t let it deter you from a fantastic stay!"

"Clean and well equipped (standard) cabin. A bit cramped for a family of 4 but fine for two nights. Heating excellent. Walking distance ~400m to visitor centre and shuttles to craddle mountain. "

"Novel and unique stay but wouldn’t stay again or recommend due to price and returns of experience. Mountain views also include view of driveways and other people from neighbouring campsite who can see into your bubble. See-through fence around outdoor bathtub. Included breakfast is cereal, toast and instant coffee. Can pay additional for hot meal (pre-made curry and microwave rice), which cost $20+ so we chose to drive to nearby town for dinner instead. Cosy room and bed with fireplace, modern bathroom, clean. Self check in and out. Easy to find. Owner was responsive via phone. Cute wooden communal lodge designed for group gatherings."

"Our attitude was influenced by the fact that the cabin was not available when we checked in. It was indicated that cleaning was in progress but it took one and a half hours before we had access. This in turn impacted on what we could have done during that time. Had we known the time we may have set our program a little differently. The place is different given its unique location and the cabin is nice, if a little tired. The roads to the cabins were in a poor state of repair. This is an expensive hotel so the expectation is high."

"My husband, myself and our dog stayed 3 nights over the Easter break. So gorgeous. Open fire inside was so cozy in this cute little cottage. Wine by the fire pit with the sounds of the running creek was relaxing and just what we needed. Sadly we did not get to met Brian and his wife, hopefully next time. Absolutely highly recommend. Make sure you visit Guide Falls, stunning. We will be back. Country side breathtaking "
