"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

"We absolutely loved the place! The kids didn’t want to leave, they had so many rooms to explore and enjoyed just lounging around and relaxing. The house is beautiful, huge and was very clean! We were provided plenty of towels and soap. The kitchen also provided everything we needed to cook a meal. We would definitely love to stay again in the near future!"

"Modern apartment that was very clean and comfortable. It had modern, nice appliances, was decorated very nice. We were there during the week…it was very quiet. The yard and grounds were very clean and well kept. The yard and driveway was well lit at night, so we felt our car was safe and we felt safe. The entire property was fenced in and well lit with motion lights at night. I would recommend this property and rent from them again."

"I stayed at this property for a work week in downtown. Found the location to be perfect for bringing my dog, walking to restaurants and commuting into town. The home was clean, well equipped and fenced in. Bed was comfortable and a quiet older neighborhood. Will definitely return for future trips."

"Nothing too fancy. AC was a blessing for us northerners. Good location to stores and shops and the venue for graduation. House is older, but well kept. The ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but you could still get the ice from inside."

"We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives...

"This property was perfect for our needs. It is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood near NAS JAX. You can trust the pictures - the rooms and amenities are exactly as represented. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals but could benefit by the addition of serving bowls, a pitcher and BBQ utensils. We appreciated that the hosts respected our space and asked permission to access the property while were visiting."
