Host kept us informed with check-ins and information throughout the stay. My family called this the house of beds. We traveled with a party of 9 and everyone was able to find a comfortable place to sleep. There were so many sleeping options! The home was lovely inside, we had no issues and complaints. VERY kid friendly. So much baby gear, anyone traveling with infants and toddlers would have everything they needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we had to.

Very spacious and clean home. It was perforcr for our family and m my 8month old was especially happy. The space was made for families with kids of all ages. They even had a crib so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with somewhere our son could sleep. He also had a blast playing with all the toys and walker.

This home is well maintained, super clean and well stocked. It's very close to places to eat and shopping centers. Very quiet neighborhood as well.

We were in town for a quick family visit. The rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The house was extremely clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful, making our stay pleasant and simple. Check in and check out were extremely easy. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Nice location for wedding venue near by.

The house was perfect for our need with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house was very clean and roomy. We were able to have our grandchildren use the toys and nice space for them to play.

Family trip

This home is beautiful, it has plenty of living space, two living room areas a large kitchen and plenty of space for dining! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party to stay. There are a ton of toys to keep the kids busy which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware you need and the bathrooms are all stocked nicely. The host is great with communication and super nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back to the area!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you’d get from a hotel and more. It was truly family time with 12 of us staying there. Plenty of room to spread out, we were not on bumping into each other. Stay for Florida Wedding

We were coming to Florida for our daughter's wedding. This house allowed family and friends to come together. We had the max number of guests for the property and it never felt crowded, everyone had their space. The house was beautiful and as described. Beautiful, Spacious, Kid approved

I must say the pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s very spacious and beautiful. My family and I came from NC for my niece graduation and the location of this home to the school was perfect. The property owner stayed in contact with us and encouraged us to reach out for any questions or concerns. I enjoyed having a space outside my 2yr could run about. We all enjoyed our stay.

Family gathering for son's return from deployment

Everything was perfect! Spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice sheets & towels, thoughtful assortment of toiletries, ground coffee, tea bags. Lots of baby equipment for 10 month grandson. We set up the pack & play in master walk-in closet with pocket door. We will definitely stay here again, halfway between JAX airport & our son's house south of Jax. Owner was very clear with instructions for check in & out. Price was very reasonable & was a wonderful house for our family to be together.

Awesome

Me and Family book this beautiful home before leaving to go on a cruise. The home has everything you need to space, lining, blankets and huge TV and comfortable beds. Will definitely book again. Only issues was that the website didn't save the number of people and had to pay another fee of $60 which was my fault and didn't double check my changes. Make sure you save your changes before paying.

Innumerable elegant touches

During our second stay at Svitlana's beautiful home, we again enjoyed the comfortable elegance and convenient location. Uniquely, there are not only multiple choices of towels but of body washes, lotions, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. The wooden crib is gorgeous; 2 sets of adorable, high quality sheets For young children, there are toys, a high chair, and a toddler's bouncy seat. Two very large sitting rooms boast a 65 and an 80" TV. There is a filtered water ice maker on the counter, various coffee pots and a well-equipped kitchen. We will stay here again! .of towels of towels and pillows

Homey and Friendly in Every Way!

The owner reached out to me immediately after we booked the house. We communicated by email, text, and phone. I felt confident that everything was going to be great even before we arrived at the house. Everything looked just as the pictures we viewed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and orderly. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment as well as many little extras that made everything feel very homey. I accidentally left my Kindle, and hadn't reached our next destination, so didn't realize I had left it yet. She called within a couple of hours to let me know, then offered to mail it to me. It was at my house when I returned home from our trip. I highly recommend this home (and the friendly and helpful owner) and would stay there again if I am going to be close to Jacksonville.
