"Very nice older hotel close to Saratoga race track. Everything was very clean, variety of toiletries available, high quality towels, comfortable beds, and continental breakfast. Only stayed one night, but the staff seemed very nice as well. "

"Easy to get to right off the Route we were traveling. Older motel, park in front of your room was great. Room was very clean, bed was in good shape got a good night's sleep. Shower was just ok but served the purpose. Would consider another stay if traveling to the area. price was very affordable compared to other hotels/motels in the Saratoga area."

"Birches Motel was extremely affordable and convenient. They send you a code for the room when you get there and its also how you get into the lobby. I think the electronic check in is so convenient. The room is very nice and comfortable. My only complaints are 1. The bathroom doesn't have a curtain on the windows and someone lives behind the motel. Uncomfortable. And 2. The shower water is slightly warm, if not cold. Otherwise, a great motel for the price!"

"They do a good job for service they give for price they keep. That’s a good thing. Place is as safe as it can get closer to lake George and save you 100-200 $ for sure. Now, I did see a black roach twice near window. One I had to stomp and other disappeared. May be with trees around, window open they get in but nonetheless you have to be careful. They were on walls. "
