"One elevator was out- wish they would of told us but luckily was on 4th floor so taking stairs wasn't as bad as it could be. Great cleaning staff and front desk- very friendly. Great view of river and street from room. Easy to access public transport and walkable neighborhood as well. Other than the elevator thing was great stay."

"This hotel was excellent, room had everything you needed, good size and quiet at night. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The staff were all lovely. The location for exploring Chicago was really good, never felt far from anything. Enjoyed the roof top bar. All in all an excellent stay and would definitely go back."

"What an amazing place! The staff was so welcoming when we first arrived and so helpful - especially Raymond at the front desk! The location is perfect, we could walk everywhere. And the rooftop bar was great, at night if we felt like staying in we could just go upstairs and have a drink and relax. Highly recommend!"

"Horrible. We switched hotels after the 1st night. The room had a musky/moldy smell. We got a 1 bedroom room and we were travelling with our kids and reserved the room for 4 people. When we got to the hotel that night there were no sheets on the pull out bed, no sheets or pillows or blankets for it in the room. When we called down they said they would send someone up. They came, dropped the pillows and sheets on the couch and left. The shower has NO water pressure. The bath tub had hair in it (no ours). The shower head was filthy. The in room hair dryer was partially melted and dirty (like sticky). The curtains on the windows were broken so they wouldn't close all the way. Overall the hotel was dark and dingy. Never again."
