My only concern was from the lobby to our room was guite a LONG walk including walking through the casinos and past several " labeled community huddles, i.e., Sadonta, etc. The distance was not shared with us by the front desk nor was a wheel chair or assistance offered as I had requested a room near the elevators due to a health challenge. "Bathroom was small and in need of repairs, check in wait took longer than expected, and an extra facility fee was added when I arrived. "

"Tiny room but very clean. Staff were not attentive at all. Charged for water stand without providing coffee or cappuccino at all. Best location for NYFW Sony Hall and great live music! "

"Really liked it there the room was gorgeous. Bathrooms are a little small and could have better accommodation for folks who are have troubles getting around. The staff was absolutely great and very helpful. The food was good but very typical hotel food ate there twice in the restaurant and was actually a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a bit more flare. "
