"Stayed here for the breezy concert from Ohio, drove all the way here. Complementary valet parking. Concert was at ford field they provided free shuttles to the stadium. Mind you an Uber is 59.99 for a six minute drive… THE ROOM IS WORTH IT. But when got back from the concert, blankets and pillow was obviously not cleaned. Went to the front, told them… it’s like 1:30am at this point, finally got new ones then spoke with the night manager he was extremely insensitive to us never once said sorry. I was beyond mad, woke up and checked out. Spoke with the manager, she was VERY professional, friendly and helpful. Showed her the pictures and videos, she refunded the stay and that was SO unexpected. They care about customer satisfaction here and the hotel is AMAZING."

"Pro - Friendly and helpful desk workers on night and morning shift. Very clean. My friend remarked that they keep up the outside landscaping which is a good sign (?) Tall minifridge, microwave. Shower is super HOT immediately, be careful! Con - Not a smart TV, satellite. Many channels were unavailable - low signal .Can't stream from own devices. There is NOTHING walkable from here. No shops, restaurants, or public transport. You need to have a car or use food delivery. Overall, it was a pleasant staycation {my power was out). Near downtown without downtown prices. Good value. "

"Everyone is super nice and friendly and the road to Mission Point is spectacular tree lined path & flowers ! We brought our bikes, so we hopped on & rode right there - but there's a horse taxi to take you there as well. Many places to dine right on the property & even a little place to play put put golf. There are chairs on the lawn to relax in at the end of the day. The whole Mackinac Island experience was spectacular - we can't wait to come back !! PS. Reservations include the luggage transfer right there too - so you can enjoy your day right as you arrive ! "
