"This is an older mom and pop roadside motel. The owners are trying to maintain. We arrived late afternoon and our room key and instructions were on the office door. Room was small. Bathroom was small. Shower was small. Minimal number of electrical plugs so numerous extension cords for electrical users( refrigerator, microwave, lamps , cell phones). No ice machine. Full size mattress. For sale sign in front of property."

"This is our second time at this property. We enjoy the lake, it is low traffic and great for fishing. We rented the boat that is optional with the property, and it had a mechanical issue, and although it couldn’t be fixed, the matter was handled professionally and with fairness. The property is clean and has everything you need. We choose to bring our own cooking items, but there are lots provided. Overall for the price, very good value compared to other properties in the area."

"The Lake Edna house exceeded our expectations. First, the two smaller beds are Queens, not doubles, so more comfortable for 2 adults. Second, the decor was fun midcentury but also comfortable. The grounds were immaculately groomed & the screen house was a bonus I didn’t notice upon booking. It was a perfect place for family gatherings."

"Our “glamping” weekend with family was wonderful. There was a beautiful beach nearby which we took advantage of while we were there. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Didn’t feel like camping with all the accommodations. Danny was a great host and readily available. I would highly recommend this little gem in the woods!!"
