"We truly enjoyed our stay at loon’s Cove!It was so relaxing, with the fire pit, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, and in addition, outdoor wood-burning, sauna, and a jump in the lake, provided such an invigorating experience!I would definitely come back!"

"Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO. We did see two different folk, leave after being baffled (?) by QR code contact/ admittance. The little Cabin was immaculate. Lake was too windy to enjoy & we checked into late to fire up the sauna- NEXT TIME. The bathroom is tiny & the toilet was undoubtedly purchased for kindergarteners. It’s a LONG drop to a small target! No overhead sink light & very poor water pressure in the bathroom altho excellent pressure in the kitchen sink. - shoulda showered there!Kitchen was well appropriated. Coffee pot worked great. We were toasty with the room conditioner. Beds were comfy. Good linens. Thank you, David. Thank you Dax. I know this is the future of motels. I hope you make it happen in da U. P. !"

"When traveling with a dog it's often hard to find a place that approves their admittance, but Bear Paw Inn graciously did and without imposing a ridiculously high fee. The young lady at the desk when we arrived was pleasant, friendly, and very patient with this road-weary traveler who was somewhat confused over whether we'd already been charged (we weren't).
We ended up with a VERY clean, exceptionally comfortable room (2 queen beds) that was rustic yet cozy. I would recommend and certainly would return if ever in that area again!"

"The cabin was absolutely beautiful, truthfully it was better than what we expected, and we honestly wished we had booked a longer stay!! The hosts were super responsive and wonderful to chat with. If you’re looking for a secluded peaceful place to relax, this is it!!"
