The cabin is beautiful and comfortable, layout is perfect for two families to enjoy. We had a ton of fun fishing the lake and exploring the property. It is remote so recommend bringing what you need!
Wow! Completely amazing and we will definitely be back. Photos do not do the property justice. The lake is crystal clear and well stocked and the trail system is beautiful. So many amazing memories our family will carry forever. Thank you! A!
Amazing! Beautiful property, beautiful lake, beautiful cabin! My family and I had a great time! Greg and Katie are wonderful hosts. They are very kind, friendly, and hospitable. We are already planning our next visit. We loved it here! Thank you, Greg and Katie!
This is a great place to relax and enjoy your time with no distractions we saw deer, beaver, Moose, and bald eagles on our trip the fishing was good we caught bass pike crappie sunfish and perch
On property trails which will take you to the main trails. The great pic on line does not do it justice, it is large, square and a great place to share storie of the day in front of a fireplace.
This place is perfect for people that want to get away from it all. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is so beautiful and peaceful and remote. It was so nice to get away from everything to spend time with our kids and fish and relax. The hosts Greg and Katie are very responsive.
This place is special. As described, it is beautifully situated on a private lake deep in the countryside of Michigan’s upper peninsula, while offering every comfort of home. We took full advantage of the fire pit, lake view, and the trails. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. The ONLY reason I have it 4 stars in “cleanliness”is due to flies, which is to be expected in a wooded setting.
A group of us went to celebrate a 40th birthday. This place was everything we were looking for. It was very secluded with no neighbors in sight! There were 11 of us and 2 dogs. We did a lot of fishing and paddle boarding (the boat and 2 paddle boards were provided at no extra cost!). Being from the city we all really enjoyed star gazing and we all saw shooting stars. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was laundry on site. 10/10 would recommend staying here and we hope to rent this place again. Host was very responsive and readily answered all of our questions. Major plus for being a pet friendly property
We had a great time and really enjoyed the lodge! Fun couple of days snowmobiling! Greg was an amazing host and took great care of us. He went above and beyond our expectations.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days! Gregg was very responsive and welcoming. We will be coming back in the near future.
Such a wonderful, peaceful trip for our family of four. We've been through a lot lately with my husband's diagnosis of ALS and really needed the perfect place to make memories together. Thank you!
We had a wonderful trip and truly enjoyed this property! It was a real treat to have our own private lake, and we could watch the fish jump, the busy beavers hard at work and the bald eagles looking for dinner. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and very quick to respond to all our requests. We hope to stay again in the not too distant future!
Whether you're into off trail or on, they have it all. We had groups that did both and both had some epic days. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely on our list of places to go back to.
Pictures do not do it justice! Place is beautiful. Fishing was top-notch. We rented a mule and a pontoon — both were a blast. And huge shoutout to Greg and Katie, the awesome hosts who made it all even better! The lake has its own bald eagle, and a beaver our niece proudly named Fernando and Bernard. Truly and experience we will not forget.
