"The property was in a poor condition and unsafe. Homeless people were everywhere and soliciting people for drugs and money. The noise from morning to night with people drinking alcohol in the parking lot. Cleaners were moving their noisy carts early as 6:30 am from rooms to rooms and making tremendous noise. It was the worst and horrible experience that we have EVER encountered!!! Steered AWAY from this property PLEASE! Unsafe and disgusting! "

"The staff and pool were nice, but that's about it. Everything in the room was beat up or just old looking. The room also had no ventilation. There was an AC unit in the window but it can't do much without anywhere for the air to go. It was hard to sleep since the room was hot, humid, and stuffy. The sheets felt gross because of that, but room service didn't change them (or even remake the beds). The hallways also smelled really bad due to the paint they were using to repaint. The elevator also did not work and based on other reviews, it seems like its been broken for 5 years. We checked out early and stayed with friends. "

"My room was very big and spacious and I loved that I was able to get an early check in for 11am for only $30 extra. The staff were very nice and accommodating at the front desk, especially the manager. Definitely will stay here again "

"Bad staff service—this definitely needs to be addressed ASAP. We were stuck in Miami due to delays and hadn’t slept for days. We were really hoping that booking a nice place would lift our mood and give us some comfort. While the room itself was good, the staff unfortunately did not meet expectations. Overall, not a fan of the service at Park Central South Beach."
