Great Stay!

The personnel was very professional and polite; the room was clean and bigger than expected; the location was perfect for our needs; the price was very competitive; the cocktail area is very comfortable with excellent personnel. We will stay in the same place in future travels to Miami Beach, FL.

I liked that they did their best to accommodate us in regards to early check-in and would also hold our luggages just in case the room wasn’t ready. I love that the place was really clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived early directly off our cruise and we were able to store our luggage and change and enjoy the beach for a few hours until our room was ready. The room was clean and very spacious any comfortable for our 2 day stay.We would definitely stay again. Location was close to many restaurants and shopping and only a five minutes walk to the beach.

Perfect location and a great price.

Checking in went smooth and fast by Bryan who took care of us at the front desk. Conveniently, parking was just right outside available for 31$ per day which was excellent. The apartment type room is so spacious and decently clean except a couch looked like it needed a deep clean. I did not want to sit on it at all. Bathroom was a tiny space with no outlet to connect a hairdryer but I liked the shower head water pressure. The outside pool was clean and maintained well. The hotel did not offer fitness gym but we were able to use Sister hotel’s facilities including pool and beach access which was approximately 3 minutes walking distance. The hotel location was perfect. You can find many restaurants, bars and shops near by. Traffic noises were not the issue which I was a bit surprised but noise from right next door; TV, guests voices were interrupted our sleep through out the night. It was great Check out was 11am because I was able to take a nap to catch up some sleep after breakfast. Overall, perfect location and lower price compared with other nearby hotels. They offer what you need to stay comfortably.

Comfort and.Location at a Great Price

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the moment I walked in and was helped, it was fantastic. I had requested a quieter room on the top floor, they took note of that and were able to accommodate. They put me in a room upstairs, on the back side of the property. The room itself was huge! You can tell these were likely apartments at one point. I would say it’s about 800+ square feet. Beyond the roomy front room, there was a nice kitchen, large bedroom and great AC. The location was right in the thick of it. Beyond the nice Cuban restaurant on-site, there were several other restaurants ranging from Americana to Mexican and more. There were also a few European-stem bakeries, and a CVS just a few blocks away. Overall this was a fantastic stay, and well worth the money compared to other nearby hotels and BNBs.

The reservation we made was for 1 king bed and 2 double beds. The room we were given was 1 king bed and a sofa bed. When we asked for the room we booked, we were told Expedia books whatever room is available and not what we actually requested. We did not have enough sleeping space for us. This was extremely frustrating and unexpected.

Front desk staff is always great here, this time even better, just smiles, friendliness, and professional demeanor. He did it all, and with speed and politeness. I wish the cleaning staff would not fill the air or maybe the carpet with deodorizer, it is hard to breathe, all you want to do is open the windows, it takes so long to get used to or rid of that smell. it should not be confused with being clean. in fact it feels like they are masking bad smells that come with not being clean.

Great location, but poor service. The late check out option was poor, no matter thanksgiving day was quiet and the hotel almost empty. We forgot our staff and medication in the fridge, 11:15am half an hour after we left tried to get it back, front desk said it’s too late, it’s gone. The rest rooms in the hotel were out of use, after we checked out, they advised us to go to the other hotel300m, to use the rest rooms. The housekeeping was coming late afternoon, very environmentally unfriendly

An excellent budget option on the strip

Location is terrific, rooms are HUGE. Some minor maintenance issues (patio door wouldn't lock, tub drain was broken), but really little stuff. TVs are old and seemingly 720p. Other than that, no complaints at all. Room was clean and serviced daily (which isn't the rule these days). Being set back a bit from Collins Ave is a plus, and the block itself is pretty quiet.
