I love staying at this hotel during Art Basel-Miami. It has very spacious rooms, provides lounge chairs on the beach and is very conveniently located. Excellent for the price.

Clean room .staff was excellent. The only thing I didnt like when they said . One person can only vet one crossont or pastry. First time in 20 yeats I have came accross this type of breakfast where you can not eat of your choice.

We just stayed at Riviera Hotel South Beach, and we’re so glad we trusted it. We’ll be honest — at first we were a little skeptical. The front check-in area is small, and as larger people, we wondered if we’d made the right choice. But the moment we walked into our apartment, all of that disappeared. The space was absolutely beautiful. Clean, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It felt like a hidden gem. This place is truly unique. It’s tucked away in a quieter spot, which made it feel relaxed and private, yet still perfectly located for South Beach. The staff deserves special mention — genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful in a way that feels real, not forced. Every interaction made us feel taken care of. We’re honestly so happy we didn’t switch hotels. The Riviera exceeded our expectations, and it’s now our go-to place whenever we’re in Miami South Beach. Highly recommend.

We showed up early and Mike was awesome and super accommodating and friendly! I would ALMOST say the property could use some updating, but I wouldn’t want it to lose its charm either… Either way, the location is great, the staff is AWESOME, and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back!
