It was a little walk across major road to get to the beach, also wasn't cleaned on time, communication was not good when we had issues, nice updated apartment, great price but definitely will not be my first choice to stay again.

Super Lage für Strand Liebhaber

Die Lage ist Top. Jedoch ist die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Man zahlt hier wohl hauptsächlich die super Lage. Der Check in war eher problematisch. Es gibt keine Rezeption und alle Details werden am Tag nach und nach per Mail geschickt. Somit braucht man ständig Internet Zugang was als ausländischer Tourist eher schwierig ist. Uns hat es trotz alledem gut gefallen.

It was fun

Beautiful view! I really loved the place and the price was wonderful. Only bummer was catching an uber back and forth to South Beach that cost around $30-$40 each way. The apartment was cut minor issues like the tub stopping up. Will book again though

Checking in was a little confusing because we did arrive after 8pm. Luis who worked with directing and communicating through phone was amazing! He sent clear and easy directions for checking in. When our parking space was taken, I texted him and he got it resolved within a reasonable quick time frame. Luis exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased that he hosted our stay. Other than that our room was fairly clean beside the fact that there were some towels that didn't wash thoroughly. Dirty bathroom sink.

VERY nice apartment. You will also love the pool and fitness center. My frustration revolved around the parking situation and the small mix up I had with the landlord about the access key card. Both of which were resolved fairly quickly and did not affect my vacation.

The location of the property was great. I’ve stayed at the Intracostal Yacht Club Apartments before and we’ve loved it! But,I was extremely disappointes with this aptment. We got there around 6:20 and notice the floors were so dirty and sticky. I texted the owner to let him know and ask for a mop which he said he would provide the next day. Then we left and came back around 11 got in the shower and got ready to go to bed, but beds had dirty socks in between the sheets, bathrooms smell like pee, the towels were dirty and when we tried to use the sofa bed as another option to sleep it smelled so bad and it also has dirty sheets and socks. It was ridiculous. We had to spend the whole night cleaning before sleeping and when I asked the owner to speak with cleaning lady so we could get a refund of our cleaning fee since we cleaned the place. He said no refund could be given because he has to clean after we left. It was never cleaned in the first place. I took picture and sent them to him. He offered to send the cleaning lady out but it was pointless since we had to clean before going to bed and showering. I usually don’t give bad reviews and try to deal with little things. I would of mopped the floor if that was the only issue and still give a positive review, but the entire place was dirty. So, I think it’s fair that I review honestly for other families with kids that want to rent this place. It was horrible having the kids waiting for a clean bed.

Terrible Experience, never again. Owner very disrespectful, property in bad condition, property dirty, smalls cristals in the balcony, no balcony furniture to approach the view. Owner at the property was disrespectful, gross, inconsiderate. Expedia need to pay more attention with this type of property’s.

Fräsch och rymligt men en bit från Miami Beach

Bra lägenhet, riktigt rymligt! Skönt att slippa trånga hotellrum. Lite krångligt att det inte fanns reception men efter många sms blev det bra. Låg minst 30 minuter med bil från Miami Beach. Fanns en strand kanske 500 m från hotellet men vi hann aldrig dig. Lite dåligt med badhandukar och det saknades toalettpapper. Annars välutrustat med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Två toaletter. Stort plus att vi fick vara kvar längre än utcheckning utan avgift.

The property is nice and the location is great. I have stayed here before but in a different unit. This unit appeared clean but no more than 5 minutes after being there we noticed small roaches crawling throughout the kitchen and living area and in the rooms. This made our stay very uncomfortable. I had to check our bags out side once we got home to make sure no bugs came back with us.
