Room was clean. Nice big tv. Front desk staff very friendly. Bathroom sink was really small but we made do with it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Lobby was very nice and clean.

I can’t say how thankful I am that we stayed at this hotel! The staff were incredible. We forgot a very important item in the room and they were quick to respond and coordinate with our courier to make sure we get it back. The staff is absolutely incredible and I am so happy that we got our item back. Five stars!!!!

The room was extremely poorly soundproofed; I could clearly hear the cars below and people talking and walking in the hallway. The room facilities were very basic; everything was dilapidated, and the bathroom sink was pitifully small, barely the size of a palm. During my stay, someone tried to open our door. After reporting this to the front desk, I was told they would check the security footage, but I was never informed of the results. The only redeeming quality was its good location.

Perfect location for the Convention Center and lots of great hotels and restaurants for nightlife and dining. Few minutes walk to the beach and Lincoln Road. Staff and facilities were great and easy parking was a surprise.

I only saw the front desk guy once, they don’t have housekeeping, you have to ask for one 24hrs in advance. A little loud during the night because my room was next to a public parking lot. I liked the location! Everything was close enough to walk

Its perfectly cozy, rooms are perfectly sized and clean, i like the moood of the hotel, the location is perfect, not to far from beach access just about 2 blocks from hotel, there is a nice cuban restaurant next to it.
