The building is under construction but it’s not noisy or an inconvenience. The staff were super friendly from check in to check out. The gentleman and Lourdes were specifically were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is its main attraction. It’s right next to Lincoln street/mall. Overall a pretty good spot in Miami Beach area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker made my stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean establishment (room, pool area, front desk area, hallways and elevator). Front desk clerks were super friendly and efficient. My stay was flawless. Please take note of the parking situation (garage, valet, etc). The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining the options and prices for parking. The establishment is in a very quiet area that feels very safe.

The entire hotel is under construction. From the outside it looks like an abandon building (not exaggerating). The entrance was very hard to find, and there's no parking. The hotel told us that we had to use the Valet Parking at the Marriott Hotel next door, that was almost $50 for the day. The pool is very small, they only have 3 pool lounge chairs outside, and they didn't have towels for the guests. The actual room was nice and clean and remodeled, but the check-in experience, pool, and outside of the building needs ALOT of work.

We needed a place just for one night, it was exactly what I was looking for. The staff were wonderful, the outdoor pool/patio was so cozy & relaxing. It was clean and close to everything. We loved that we could walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will be back next time we visit!
