We enjoyed our room with the beach amenities. The staff was friendly and the bar restaurant on site was nice. However, their wait staff and serving of food took awhile. I would still recommend this location for a night or two.

My stay at Circa 39 was excellent! The room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the amenities were exactly what I needed for a relaxing Miami trip. I would definitely stay here again

Phones didn’t work in the hotel, staff was mediocre at best. Restaurant staff was great. Housekeeping staff kept entering room despite do not disturb sign being on door multiple times a day, over multiple days during the CFP natty weekend. Nice location, super small bathroom and room. Floors are sagging and building likely needs rehab. Good location and decent value but probably wouldn’t stay again

Awesome place to stay, location is amazing, there is a public parking 10 min walk away, beach access is easy. Its an older property but nicely remodeled, food is good too, and staff is super helpful. My only complain is its' an older property which has been remodeled, so you can hear people walking (room above us was checking out early in the morning). But overall great value for money.
