This hotel was just as pictured and neighborhood seemed safe and short walk to 8th street. The bathroom is small/tight space but the room was large. Only issue was that we were missing the appropriate size top sheet for our bed.

The check-in process was relatively simple, except that I had to wait 30 mins after check-in time for instructions on how to enter. The space was clean, with a nice kitchen. I am 5’6” 115 lbs and the bathroom and shower space was tight for me. If you’re any bigger, I don’t know how you would be able to move around the space. I wasn’t able to take a shower because there was no hot water. Also, I was informed I could not put toilet paper in the toilet. The unit was also very cold at night because the seal on the door was broken, allowing cold air to seep into the room all night long. If you want hot showers and to move around freely in the bathroom, and a warm room in the winter, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Nice location for Marlins and calle ocho

Ideal location to want to walk to both a Marlins game and to Little Havana, only a few blocks for both. Room was small and clean. Small kitchenette was heplful. The bathroom was very small and the shower was the narrowest i have ever seen, just wider than my shoulders. The staff was very prompt and helpful with communication. I had a great night of sleep, neighborhood was residential and quiet.

We selected this hotel as a last-minute option due to travel delays caused by a winter storm. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and the rooms were clean and matched the images provided. Although the showers were small, they were sufficient for a quick shower before heading to the airport. We did have a concern upon arrival. One of the rooms had an unlocked back door which we were able to lock and one of the windows could not be secured, which worried us about unauthorized access to the room. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were responsive to messages through the portal. We booked two rooms, each with a booking confirmation code, but we initially received only one room access code. Despite multiple communications with the staff, they initially responded rudely, insisting that both codes had been sent. After persistent follow-up, they eventually resent the second code, and the check-in process proceeded smoothly thereafter. It is advisable for the hotel management to address guest concerns promptly and consider guest feedback seriously, even if it seems there might be a discrepancy from their perspective.

Nice space, very close to Little Havana

We had a great time at Casa Agave. It's a nice, clean, spacious apartment, though the bathroom is a little cramped. You can't beat the location: we were able to walk to a Marlins game and Little Havana. The hotel staff was friendly, too. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is a bit loud, and the roosters were quite noisy in the early hours, but that's not the hotel's fault. We're very happy we stayed here.

This is right in the heart of Little Havana. Short walk to 8th street where night clubs, restaurants, shops, etc. Rooms are well designed, tasteful, and immaculately clean and new. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The owners were absolutely amazing. I have never had such great communication with owners of a property before. The room was SO clean and cute. If we come back to Miami we will DEFINITELY stay here again, without a doubt.

The property is well managed, there is no staff on site, but they respond quickly to any questions. Our room was clean, but pretty small, especially the bathroom. The area is safe and quiet, a great location to explore Little Havana. Downtown Miami is easily accessible by free trolley connecting to other public transportation.

Room was ok. Was smaller in person than it appeared in photos but was clean and finishes were new. Furniture was all IKEA. We had no wash cloths and the toilet was installed so close to the sink it was difficult to use it comfortably.

Neighborhood was pretty quiet, this is a bunch of connected mini-apartments/studios. Overall a basic stay and the bathrooms are very small. The cleaning team are genuine and try and do a good job. We had an issue with some bugs (never concluded what they were), the response was satisfactory and eventually led to an upgrade to another property, although took extensive messaging. I wouldn't stay here again, but it's about what you'd expect for the price.

I enjoyed my experience at this location. I was only there for one night. It was close to the university of Miami Hospital in which I needed to be at during my time there. The room is a very cute studio, very clean, And amenities such as a kitchen dinette, and refrigerator – freezer that worked out very nice for my needs. The only reason why I did not give it five stars is because the parking in the area is scarce. Also, the neighborhood is a bit uninviting. Aside from this, my experience there suited my needs nicely.

Recently renovated small apartment property

So I have to start this with a problem but say that it was resolved fairly straightforwardly. Whether this was an issue because of timing differences with UK and us app I don't know but we weren't given the passcodes for the gate and room until 1:00 a.m. the following day. We were very fortunate that the cleaning staff we're on site and through her translator app the lady adult with was absolutely wonderful and she got in touch with the owners and things were resolved. If you come in by car there is plenty of street parking but you might have to walk a little way. I did feel safe with my car on the street. The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful. Recently renovated I would say with plenty of space good air conditioning a mini kitchen and even washing machine and tumble dryer which are at the back of the property. A short walk to Marlins Park as well as a walk in the other direction to little Havana. 100% would I recommend this property we had a lovely stay
