Very nice staff and good location. That said, my room was in need of an update, and there was quite a bit of street noise, as all rooms face 17th street. If you’re not a light sleeper and you don’t mind a room that shows its age, a fine place to stay.

Spectacular room, clean and comfortable even with the toilet seat that stood of attention as you walked into the bathroom closet! Staff friendly South American folks. Means it’s on some of the items in the room were seriously lacking, indicative to foreign ownership and maintenance customs.

Pros: amazing staff, perfect location, great bed and shower, excellent room size. Cons: curtain didn’t work (electric), cleaning staff forgot to replace towels when tidying the room, floor a little too dirty. We stayed in room 256 facing the outdoors, that was great and super quiet. Never bumped into another guest even though they said the hotel was completely full. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t say anything about it but they did offer the next door hotel pool saying it was nicer and we could use it. They also have free bikes which is great but we didn’t have time to ride them. We had friends traveling with us and they stayed in room 255 (next to us) and had a different experience: clogged shower drain, leaking above the tv and sheets smelling like cigarette

We had a wonderful girls getaway! Our room was beautiful and staff was very nice. The pool at this hotel is not in service so you get to use the amenities at the resort next door and they have a beautiful pool.

Nice place to stay

People were great throughout my stay. The only thing was the hotel door or address was not visible so it was a bit to drive around to see where to go. Outaide of that. My stay and the hotel room was good.
