Beach walk extremely close and the neighbors were all very friendly/informative. I like that the beach wasn’t crowded or busy. The owner had great communication too. "This was our 1st time in Mexico Beach and this property was everything we could have imagined and so much more! So spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and all the furniture and decor made you feel so cozy and welcome. It takes maybe 30 seconds to walk to the ocean which was the absolute best part and the outdoor furniture in all 3 areas made the stay even more enjoyable. We have already booked our next trip and can’t wait to be back."

"Clean and well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. They had a pack n play and other supplies for infants/ children. We also brought our two dogs (the yard is not fenced but is well kept and the dogs enjoyed walking around the small neighborhood). We rented the golf cart which made for an easy trip to the beach and the community pool. Would stay here again."
