The room is clean, but needs some work: -The shower head was rusty and splashing everywhere. We talked to the front desk and they -got it replaced though. -There's mold in the bathroom ceiling because of the splashing -The bathroom vent doesn't work -The bedside lamp was very dusty -The curtains were somewhat dirty That said, the bedsheets and towels looked clean. We didn't use the kitchen. Pros: -Beach access and facilities. The beans bags can be a little annoying so adjust but work fine. For some reason they closed down at around 5 pm, 1.5 hours before sunset -Infinity pools with views of the beach -Beach view from the room, though the lagoon view was also pretty nice -Location: nightlife is walkable. Bus station is right in front of the building and takes you to downtown.

Pools a heated beach is relatively clean

Pool is great, it’s huge with it’s upper and lower areas it never feels crowded, 5th time here, service is excellent they take care of all your needs will definitely be going back, shrimp tacos are the best.

Ruby was great at bringing drinks in the lobby bar. I was also extremely happy with the availability of chairs at the elite club pool. I never had to wake up early to claim a chair and I really appreciate that.

It a very good all inclusive family resort. The cleaning of the room was not the best and the room smells like pesticides. The good thing is that they have so many restaurants and the food was very very good and so much options. The outdoor swimming pool and the private beach were very nice. So in general everything is good but they need to do better regarding the rooms cleanliness.
