"Breakfast was good, bed was very comfy, room was nice. My only complaint was that the AC was terribly loud! They were kind enough to offer me another room but it was just as bad. Not good if you’re a light sleeper though. "

"The pool was not clean. We could not use it. There are signs that say there are renovations being done on the property, but we do not see any renovations being done. The pictures on the website must be from a few years ago because the rooms are very worn and outdated. The couch was very old and torn when we pulled the bed out. The mattress was a very old and worn. We decided not to use it. They did allow us to move to another room, but the pullout mattress was the same way as the other, so we just stood in the original room. The breakfast was OK. On a good note the staff was very nice and the location was close to my family that we were visiting. "

"For the price, this was a fine stay. With that said, the facilities are in need of a major update. The rooms are really dated, furniture is stained, and plaster is cracked in several areas. The description is a bit misleading - several of the pools are quite small and one is off limits to kids. The family pool area has signs saying there is food and drink delivery but there isn't. The water slide was never open when we were there. We enjoyed the big pool areas but they are very crowded on the weekends."

"Terrible. Construction workers outside patio doors the entire 4 days working on the pool and hot tub that we paid for and paid extra so that we could have that patio they were about 4 feet from all week. Wifi costs money daily - ridiculous. 100°+ weather in AZ and air was off upon arrival - ridiculous. No smart tv - ridiculous. No microwave in room (only one small one in the lobby for the entire property). If I had more room I would go into much more detail however there isnt enough room here. I will never trust the Doubletree name again without combing through all details with a fine-tooth comb prior to booking. Don't stay here."

"This is a very low budget hotel, there are no amenities except a pool. Parking is good. I would not book this hotel if I was from out of state. It's a good hotel for someone who just needs a cheap place for a night. There are many other hotels in the Phx area for around the same price that are much nicer and many more extras such as breakfast."
