We stayed 3 nights in March. Rooms were clean and big enough. Property is aging so there are issues. Pullout needed covering before sheets went on. Pool was very cold but refreshing. Breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly.

Not the best Mariotte

Had added fees for parking in their lot. This is expected in a downtown area, not out in the suburbs. Also our room smelled of dogs. Breakfast was good and the staff very attentive to cleanliness.

This hotel is efficient and perfect for a quick stay. Room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was great! There were some shades missing in our room, and the hallways are dark and kind of scary looking and overall everything needs a bit of a refresh, but overall it was exactly as expected.

The lady in the breakfast room was amazing on Friday morning when we stayed. She talked to me and was very helpful.. the one on Saturday did not interact with anyone..

Very Happy with our stay

I have severe OCD. When we got there I wiped everything down. There was nothing on the wipes. It was nice and clean. Seemed to be an older hotel but suite was remodeled. Happy with our stay

The ac unit was noisy, the TV in living room didn't work. The hallways smelled terrible and there was no hot water to shower with in the morning.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Upon arrival I was given two rooms. I received no communication about this room shift. It was late. I stayed one night, This is absurd as a minor cannot be in their own room. I was placed in a small studio and all the water was lukewarm. I shared with management. Refund was honored. As a frequent hoteler, I found the interior hallway, elevator, and rooms were quite outdated. But if you like 80:s decor this is your jazz,

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The poor rating isn’t for them. The breakfast buffet had so many options. The room we were in had a strong odor. The toilet room reeked of urine. It needs a deep cleaning and sanitation. We were staying there less than 12 hours so we just dealt with it.

Very Friendly staff, other than that, the towel hanger rods fell off the walls, the shower has two metal bars in it and one fell off. When opening our door to our room, then door get stuck on the floor halfway and I had to physically shove the door to get it to open all the way. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the room looked nothing like the pictures.

Don’t stay here

Mattress was shot. Bath tub had dirt marks. Carpet had massive tear down the middle. No ice trays in fridge. Coffee maker was dirty. Room key had to be reset three times to get into the building

Thought Marriott would be quite a bit nicer and put together. This one was not!! Showed up and literally cleaned our own room with the guy because it wasn’t cleaned yet. Found out this Marriott has a lot of long term tenants and our room showed it. Stained mattress, bugs, etc. the staff were nice to us, but no organization. Don’t stay here if you can help it. Marriott should get this place properly staffed and renovated.

Completely Outdated

This hotel was very hard to find with all the construction going on in the area. The checkin took longer than expected. The room was very outdated. The living room doesn’t have a TV in the one bedroom suite. It only has a small TV on the room. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall and exposed the glue that was used to hold it up. I’m glad I was only staying one night because there’s no way I would stay any longer. I’m upset that I wasted my money.

The rooms are okay and the staff tried to be helpful. We booked a 1 bedroom 2 months ago, but when we checked in they had none available. After some discussion, Valerie was able to get us a 2 bedroom at the same price. That was good. There were 3 of us but there were only 2 towels. We called and got more sent up. After the next day after having been gone all day we returned and the room had not been cleaned. When I called they asked if we had scheduled it. I said no, I didn't know I needed to schedule it. I scheduled it for 9:00 the next day but it didn't get done till 1:30 the next afternoon which was very inconvenient. One of the room keys kept ceasing to work and every time I took it to them they would just reprogram it rather than replacde it.
