"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience"

"The view from the cabin was phenomenal . The air conditioning issues were a negative only because of the unusually high temperatures during the day. Window could use some screens since that had to be open to make the cabin temperature tolerable. There were some cobwebs high on the fireplace that drew the eyes. I am still awaiting my 10% discount refund 4 days after my stay."

"This very cozy cabin in the Smokey Mtn was perfect for a relaxing time out! It was exactly as advertised and so very quiet and comfortable! The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! A short drive to restaurants or attractions in Pigeon Forge but even nicer for a quiet “sit and read” time in the sunshine on the deck! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home as it was perfect for our family!The layout gave everyone privacy, the beds were comfortable, and the kids lived in the indoor pool (perfect for our March trip!). The bowling alley and fire pit were such fun bonuses too.We loved being close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. And the quick access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park was a huge highlight for us!Michele, the property manager, was so responsive and helpful.Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing family getaway!"
