My 3yr old was not in the mood to be in his car seat any longer. The staff was able to accommodate us to check in early, which really put a nice stamp on an otherwise rough day. Coming into a clean and comfortable room was a huge boost. The staff at the front desk was very polite, understanding, and greeted us when we entered and exited the Hotel, reminding us of amenities."
