"Superb hotel, amazing welcome from the moment you step out of the taxi. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and excellent quality bed linen. Great food in the restaurant, try the afternoon tea a very British feel to the service. Can’t fault this hotel, well apart from the lukewarm tea at breakfast."

"We had a very warm welcome, assistance with our luggage and refreshing cool fruit juice to help us settle in. Everything went well. The mini bar refill each day owas great as was the ,"afternoon tea" , 'happy hour" and drink offers . There was a good range of options for the breakfast buffet. Location was good. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and a little drink or two. If I visit KL again I would stay at this hotel again. We felt well looked after. Thank you."

"Pros: 3 adult stayed in club room. Got upgraded to twin tower view room. Mai and her team in club room were brilliant. Free laundry limited to 5 items per day is such a god sent. Checked in at club room is a plus. Huge club lounge with fab views. Cons: no more premium champagne which we were looking forward to. We weren’t told what we were served when we asked for champagne. When approached to see what they were, found out it was sparkling wine and was told it was from Spain which was rather odd - not a cava but sparkling chardonnay (from Spain apparently….).Staff members serving drinks need to be more transparent and well trained in this regard. Food and drinks were no longer premium. Spread were a lot more premium in the past.Bring back the Bollinger!"

"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"
