A modern spacious top floor, open plan unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (ensuite with spa). This unit has excellent water views overlooking Merimbula Lake and over to the ocean. The lounge area opens out to a large balcony area with BBQ and the kitchen has both microwave and dishwasher. Centrally located only approx. 200m to RSL, 300m to town and approx. 500m to Spencer Park. Quality inclusions throughout plus double lock up garage (with remote). Bedding consists of a queen size bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and WIR, queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third. Features include TV/DVD and VCR, clothes dryer and CD player.
