"Reseña del Hotel – Experiencia Real El hotel estaba en óptimas condiciones: instalaciones muy lindas, servicio excelente y una limpieza impecable. En cuanto a comodidad y ambiente, realmente cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Sin embargo, es importante mencionar que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio ni ofrece servicio de valet, y eso afectó un poco la experiencia. Los estacionamientos públicos cercanos no estaban disponibles para el público por eventos en la zona, y los que sí estaban abiertos se llenaban rápidamente. El primer día tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle y caminar aproximadamente 3 millas hasta el hotel. El segundo día logramos conseguir estacionamiento, pero solo por 7 horas en la noche y nos costó $30. En resumen: El hotel es hermoso y el servicio excelente, pero si viajas con auto, toma en cuenta que el tema del estacionamiento puede ser un reto."

"I had many issues with this resort. They did attend to all my issues. With that said I will never stay here again. I still can’t believe some of the things I witnessed. But they did try and make things right. The staff at the swim up bar were great. Also most of the staff throughout the resort were nice. Every floor they put me on the ice machines were broken. I had to literally go to another floor just for ice. One time a staff seen me at the ice machine and offered to go get me some ice and bring it to my room because that one was broken like the rest. This place needs a lot of upgrading and to be exterminated!!!!!!!! I won’t even post the pictures I took because I don’t want to freak anyone out. Just be mindful of this place. You have been warned!!!!"

"Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I read reviews mentioning cleanliness issues but decided to give it a chance because I liked the quirky, rustic look from the photos. There's a big difference between a property that is intentionally rustic and one that is simply poorly maintained. This place falls into the latter category. Our room was dirty with lots of dust, grime, and loose wires hanging from the walls. It felt neglected rather than charming. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room just feet away from the hotel's piano jazz bar. From our bed, we were feet next to the band's set just one thin wall away. I was dealing with a migraine and needed rest, but sleeping was impossible. Earplugs did nothing to block out the pounding music. The noise level is completely unacceptable for a guest room. It's hard to understand how anyone thought that room was suitable for paying guests trying to sleep. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially we were told nothing was available, but after expressing how upset and exhausted we were, another room somehow became available. While it was slightly quieter, it was still dirty and unsettling, with creepy children's faces covering the walls. As if that wasn't enough, around 4am after the bar had closed, we were startled awake by what sounded like a woman screaming nearby. Whether it came from another guest or something else entirely I dont know, but upon googling we saw that the place is actually haunted. Stay away!!!"
