No elevator and you are expected to carry up your own luggage. 3 or 4 floors Some of the front desk staff were rude and didn’t really want to help you. We asked about reserving a cab the night prior to leaving the next morning at 4:00 departure time. We were told someone would be available at 4 am ...

Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
They are using an energy generator during the night, with the excuse that there is no electricity during that period. My room was shaking from the generator noise, and the diesel fumes were entering the room. I left the room that same day.
