➞ You will have 24/7 access to the house using one key. You can use a lockbox to put the keys in so your group can access at different times.

➞ Please inform us if you wish to bring DOGS in your first booking request, we unfortunately do not allow any other pet types.
➞ We DO NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES bookings.
➞ We require guests to confirm their identity, provide a $500 security deposit and sign a rental agreement all through a secure third-party service before check-in.
Your ID, security deposit and rental agreement are handled securely through our trusted management software, HostAway, which is an approved Airbnb management software. To be clear, this means that if you are locked down, or the area around the accommodation is locked down, that our cancellation policy still applies.
