Spacious and luxurious 4 bedroom apartment located between the bay and Melbourne CBD.

This was Andy and Bens apartment on the 2016 series of The Block.

This beautiful apartment has all needs covered. The space has a fabulous enclosed balcony, with bbq, table to seat 10 plus tv and ceiling fans.

There is a lovely shared rooftop garden, with magnificent Melbourne city skyline views, available for guests only. Perfect for watching Melbourne’s spectacular fireworks display on New Years Eve.

The building has permanent residents, so we ask you to kindly be considerate of this and avoid loud and unruly behaviour.

The building is a fully secured complex.
