This three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom apartment offers 200 m² of living space across two levels, with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies providing stunning views of Melbourne’s ‘New York End’ towards Docklands and Etihad Stadium.

The Space:
The apartment comes complete with reverse-cycle air conditioning, flatscreen TV, washer, dryer, oven, cooktop, microwave, laptop-friendly workspace, and can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There are balconies off the living area and off the bedroom.

The building offers an indoor lap pool, spa, 2 tennis courts, a complete athletic-style gymnasium and an outdoor BBQ area. There is also secure parking on premises.

Very close to the exhibition buildings, Crown Casino and the Etihad Stadium. Being in the free tram zone make it ideal for all of the food and shopping that Melbourne is so famous for.

Getting Around:
With only a short walk to Southern Cross Station, you are in prime position to take advantage of the famous Queen Victoria Markets, the Melbourne Aquarium, DFO and Crown Casino. Being in the free tram zone you will not need to pay for trams unless you leave the CBD so as well as a ten-minute walk to Bourke St. Mall you are only a few stops on the tram into Melbourne’s famous shopping mall.

Enjoy shopping at Spencer Factory Outlet Centre as well as Coles and Woolworths for your personal needs and groceries practically at your doorstep.

Other Things to Note:
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.


* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
