3. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 6 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
4. Quiet Evenings: To respect local laws and our neighbours, outdoor areas, including the deck and spa, are off-limits after 10:30 PM. This helps ensure a peaceful night for everyone in the community.
