Gracemont is a beautiful charming Victorian cottage located in Healesville.
The property is only minutes to the centre of town and is set on a large private block, so you can relax and unwind. Perfectly situated close to magnificent Wineries, award-winning Restaurants, Healesville Sanctuary, live music events at Rochford Wines, Four Pillars distillery, RACV Country Club, TarraWarra Museum of Art, Watts River Brewery, Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and a variety of seasonal Artisan Markets full of local produce and craft.

Gracemont is the perfect place for a getaway with friends, whether you are local or visiting from abroad or to take a much-anticipated family holiday where you can wine, dine and relax while the kids enjoy a spacious yet safe environment.

This lovely and well-appointed home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people with two queen size beds and two single extra-long beds, which can be made into a full king size. The property includes a modern eat-in kitchen, with everything aspiring chefs need to create memorable meals.
The beautiful and newly renovated bathroom includes a raindrop showerhead and a large bath under the window, allowing you to take in the pleasant view while soaking in the tub.
There is also an additional toilet and also fully appointed laundry for your convenience.

The deck is generous and a great place to relax and unwind and the perfect place to cook a barbeque, eat alfresco, enjoy a drink and plan your adventures.

The house has a lovingly decorated cubby house out front and two enclosed gardens for the little ones (or even bigger ones) to enjoy! Please let us know if you have children coming to stay and we will try to provide some age-appropriate toys or games too!
We are also able to connect you with local wine tours, arrange cheese platters, a professional massage on the deck or even a babysitter.
