The apartment was spotless and the beds comfortable. We had a good view from he 32nd floor. The pool and gym were good. It is within walking distance of Spencer Street Station, Bourke Street mall and Queen Victoria markets. The only negative was the noise (music mainly) from pubs nearby that we could hear until early hours of the morning on the Friday and Saturday nights (so take earplugs).

Great apartments and easy location
We were in the new apartment block so very clean!!
The noise (music ) from The nearby nightclub until 7am was pretty crap.
It has a Nice city view. There was all that you needed for a comfortable stay.
It would be nice if someone tops up your requirement of coffee, sugar etc at least once in two days!
Clear instruction of wifi username etc would be nice. It was missing during our stay.

One A/C for a 3 bedroom apartment plus living room/kitchen was a bit under dimensioned. But this is someone's apartment and not a hotel and all in all a minor thing for a couple of days. Good location and great views from the 53:rd floor.

DO NOT stay Friday/Saturday or Sunday as there’s a ‘doof doof’ club across the street. They blew it out until 4:40am EACH OF THESE NIGHTS! This was so loud even headphones didn’t cover it. There were dirty feet marks on the wall and hair on the bathroom vanity draw.

Great heights - and not just in the view
Great CBD base in a quieter end of town, thus providing great access & great views at a great price. The space in the room & the facilities provided tipped the scales here from good to great - we would definitely stay again & would recommend to anyone for most types of stays - business, couple, friends - even family with the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom configuration
Great location in Melbourne. This apartment is close to trams that take yoy straight into the city.

Apartment was OK and location good but more attention to cleaning would improve experience. Hairs in bathroom and pube on pillow real turn off. Had to que often for the lifts. Big building, 45 stories and 3 small lifts. Big construction job going on outside window made for early wake up, said ear plugs were supplied but not in our rooms. Stay was just OK couldnt recommend.
i found that was a disable room when i check in the room which is not the room i book. the surface of bed and everything is full of dust. because the door of the balcony was opening and the balcony was facing a construction site. i called the reception and they arrange a new room for me.

Spacious one bedroom apartment well equipped with appliances . Not serviced in the 5 nights we were there. There were spare bath towels but only one set of small toiletries. The lifts are or concern as only 2 were working. If you avoid the lifts for the morning & evening rush it wasn’t too bad. Also be prepared to be up on level 40 and above. When I booked I had no idea it was this big as you only see the facade of the city tempo building. The car parking facilities were excellent. Communication was also excellent. Would still use these apartments again.
City Tempo Lonsdale was outstanding in every—beautiful apartment, great service, great staff! Our apartment on the 25th floor was very quiet and our balcony faced the harbor—plus it is a block and a half from the airport Skybus station (and lots of restaurants and a supermarket with a liquor and wine store one block away. Can’t go wrong with this place and we would return here in a heartbeat!

Mould in silicon in bathroom. Blinds annoying to open and close and have worn paths in the ceiling. Hot chocolate was nice. Biscuits were not nice. Liked that bags were able to be held for the day on check out. Central. Fairly clean.
Great apartments with everything you need and friendly service. The only issue is the loud ongoing noise at night time from 11pm to 7am coming from the nightclub across the street.
Fabulous stay. Nice and central. Host desk Gentleman was super friendly and we had a good laugh! We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
