Windows, balcony door difficult to close. Shower door not able to be closed from inside, no soap holder in shower. No air conditioning was disappointing. Lounges couldn't be sat on comfortably. Old musty smell. The apartment was clean but didn't provide separate bin for recycling waste. A TV in one of the bedrooms would be handy.

only one person finish showr. there is no more hot water.. no staff can be contacted，it took so long and try so many calls find one person and resolve so slow. very bad experience

Hotel located in a old building, very quiet, but nota proper hotel more like personal business, do not have reception and I lived in there for three night no one will come and clean the room, stuff told me cleaner coming at once a week,OMG!

Apartments very convenient to city & accessible

Booked an apartment for 9 Only enough crockery for 6, dirty bathrooms, filthy white curtains over 2 windows in living area - no blind over glass door - very difficult with lighting in the am for those sleeping on the very uncomfortable sofa beds in living area. Booked a car park only to be told we did not have one. Given access ticket a few hours later only to find it did not work & security guard let us in - then to be told no refund for 1st night when couldn't access car park.

Great location, affordable & comfortable

Our concierge was very helpful. The location is central to everything in Melbourne. There was some visible dust and the floor was dirty upon arrival. Could hear noise from neighbours but when we stayed they weren't too loud late at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Good sized apartment in good location

Our stay started very well with our mobile concierge .very good communication during the lead up.we didn't have to wait long to be greeted and shown to our apartment.the retro is a good size but an awkward layout.the bathroom was the most disappointing .very old fashioned and the shower was not clean!there are 2bedrooms but you have to walk thru one to get to the other. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for a long stay.
