Sheraton mall of emirates is really a great hotel, I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai but always love the relaxed atmosphere it’s really a great hotel"

"All the staff at the front desk were lovely. Super kind at check in, and we arrived early hours of the morning but felt looked after. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice too and so polite and sweet. Room was clean and comfortable and there’s a cute sheltered little pool on the roof. We got a late check out which was very kind and again the staff on the desk when we were departing were very kind!"
