Modern, VFM hotel

The hotel was a convenient 10 min walk from Mall of the Emirates metro station and is well maintained. Rooms are modern, spacious and perfect for short stays. Would highly recommend it, especially since there are good eating joints within a 5 min walk from the hotel.

A Remarkable Stay at Studio M

My recent stay at Studio M Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of nice and clean rooms, exceptional service from the staff, particularly Ms. Bianca and also Mr. Mohammad, and the hotel's convenient location made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel would be better off as a completely smoke-free building. We had a child, and the front desk informed us that only smoking floors were available. Besides this, the hotel was welcoming, all the staff of every department we encountered were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for our stay.

Pleasant staff, decent food, moldy bathrooms.

What makes this hotel a pleasant place to stay is the staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the housekeeping staff, and the swimming pool attendant, and the waiters at the restaurant, are very friendly, polite, attentive, and professional. Little details are appreciated, like the orange or cucumber water dispenser by the front desk with dates to eat next to it. The hotel is located in a working class neighborhood which is safe, quite enough, and near a metro station. There are lots of little shops and restaurants. Special mention to Ahmed and Ahmedin at the restaurant who work really hard. We bought the half pension option, which was pretty good, but breakfast is very crowded because the restaurant is small for all the people who go, and there is only one person clearing the tables. Many guests take food items from the buffet and fill up bags to take with them, the result is that the buffet runs out of things quicker than it should, they should be told taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed. The worst thing about the hotel is the condition of the bathrooms, which is full of mold stains due to not having a window or even an air exctracror. More frequent maintenence would help with this problem. It is not pleasant at all to be in a bathroom in these conditions, and not for the price one is paying. I really think some sort of compensation would be in order.

Great central place to stay

The room was amazing with a the new/modern interior, it was nice and clean, 5 mins walk to Mall of Emirates. The price for the stay was very good and overall really happy with it. Also underground car parking was provided for free.
