I particularly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who assisted me in every way and were so helpful and friendly: particular congrats and kudos go to Maruam and Ahsan from Pakistan at the reception, and to the wonderful staff in the breakfast room. Breakfast is by the way impeccable and really good value.

my overall stay was good...except for two things that i will explain 1- they should change the carpeting in the lobby ..its ugly. 2-I wanted to stay one night longer, but the refuse to give me the same price as i had booked through Hotel.com!! so i checked out and checked into another hotel walking distance and as good as Mena even cheaper than my original rate. anyway, its a good hotel with freindly staff and good gym and sauna

The room was decent in size but the A/C was very noisy. You can tell that the hotel is quite old and there are a lot of works required to bring it to these days standards. Breakfast selection was limited as well and juice always running low so most of the time

Our room had a cigarette smell for the first 48 hours. The sheet also smelled like cigarette. I contacted the front desk to change room but they wouldn’t help us. Also the coffee cups were not all cleaned and had coffee stains at the bottom.

The receptionist is a disgusting rude pathetic uneducated piece of sh*t. I was traveling with my aunt. She is a 75 year old lady. I booked a 2 bedroom non smoking room. We were travelling all day and when we arrived at 2 in the morning, the stupid receptionist made a joke about upgrading us to a king size bed. I looked at him in disbelief and i said. Thats my aunt. She is 75 years old. And he kept making the stupid joke 4 or 5 more times until i said. No. Whats wrong with you. The hotel is fine except for your stupid rude pathetic receptionist. Absolutly disrespectful and disgusting. To make that stupid disgusting joke in front of me and her. For that. You get 1 star. Send this man to clean up garbage please.

朝食はつけなかったので分かりませんが、食べた人から聞いた話では美味しかったそうです。 スリッパやコンディショナー、歯ブラシがないなど、日本のホテルのつもりで行くと驚くこともありましたが、スタッフもみなさん気さくで、基本的に何も不満はありませんでした。

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Considerata la media delle distanze di Dubai, la posizione è molto buona per vicinanza a Metro e a centro commerciale Mall of Emirates dove si può trovare di tutto. Personale dell'hotel disponibilissimo, stanza piuttosto ampia e pulita. Colazione buona sia come qualità che come quantità, ma un po' ripetitiva, quindi dopo qualche giorno stanca.
