"The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff kind and helpful as always. We had to reserve the previous night for an early morning arrival, and verified over phone and email ahead of time. Everything went smoothly and we were so grateful after our long journey. That’s phenomenal !"

"The elevator is not operated by card, you can go to whatever floor, taking into account the hotel terrace in top is publicly used, there are bunch of tourists from noon till 10pm constantly using the two tiny elevators, often stopping and looking at the floors in between too. The tv didn’t work, room service menu is only on the tv. I was suggested I should just go to restaurant. Doors are not sealed a giant gap along the entire highlt of the door between the door and its frame. I saw 3 rooms -all had it. You will be a part of every conversation in hallway. Also doors don’t have peak hole and none of the 3rooms had working lock. I would not stay there again. "
