Absolutely fantastic customer service + breakfast + cleanliness. Loved it so much that I booked it again for my second trip to Barcelona. It is close to airport. Far from city center but well worth the commute. Newer hotel. Staff is super helpful. Will stay again here. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was decent, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. First, we were uncomfortable with a receptionist complaining about Chinese guests, which we found unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was very old and didn’t work properly, so we felt quite warm during the stay.

The good thing is that hotel is close to the airport. But is very noise, you can hear everything through the walls, we woke up very earlier in the morning because of that, not to mentioned that we heard our neighbors during the night. The breakfast is OK. Staff is good. Not clean.

When we got there, the staff was really nice but they gave me keys that did not work so I had to go back to the reception and they finally activated my keys. When I finally got to enter the room there was someone already in that room and the staff had made the mistake of giving us the wrong room. I had to go back once again to the reception and explain the situation and they finally gave me the right room. It was a really calm clean place but the day before checking out, the staff had come to clean the room and they put all my girlfriend’s makeup in the bidet. I guess we just weren’t lucky but I would still recommend it because it’s a calm environment.

We just stayed one night and had a good experience. The room was very clean. The only downside was that the bed was quite firm and we both woke up with a sore back. It was great otherwise.
