I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay.
I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head.
It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

My only issue was that I did not receive the discounted rates that LXR offered because I made my reservations through Expedia. I feel Expedia should be more transparent or at least or the same discounts as the hotel does.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly & helpful. The aesthetic of the property in general is where this place really shines as I enjoyed having live plants everywhere including inside the room mixed with the modern boho vibe. The lobby bar area is probably one of the better hotel lobby bar experiences I’ve had as the waitress was incredibly kind, the drinks were fantastic, and the cozy couches and chairs were wonderful to sit on. I will be returning to this hotel.

This hotel was such a beautiful place to stay at. We had 2 bigger dogs with us and they were so accommodating with them around the hotel and taking the 4 of us to the airport in their shuttle when we couldn't find a pet uber/lift that early in the morning.
